Public Offer Agreement

This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a public offer by ANYPROMT (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider" or "We") to any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "You") to enter into an agreement for the provision of AI services through our Telegram bot platform.

By using our Telegram bot (@anypromt_bot) or purchasing our services, you fully accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

ANYPROMT provides access to various artificial intelligence services through a single Telegram bot interface, including but not limited to:

• Text generation and conversation (ChatGPT, Claude, and other language models)
• Image generation and editing (Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, and others)
• Audio generation and music creation
• Video generation and editing
• Code generation and assistance
• Other AI-powered services as made available

Services are provided on a token-based system, where different AI services consume different amounts of tokens per request.

3.1. Services are provided on a prepaid basis through the purchase of token packages.

3.2. We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank cards (via Stripe)
• Telegram Stars
• Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20)

3.3. All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and other supported currencies as selected by the User.

3.4. Token packages are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

3.5. Unused tokens expire after the validity period and are non-refundable.

4.1. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 10% of purchased tokens have been used.

4.3. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

4.4. Cryptocurrency payments may be subject to different refund terms due to blockchain transaction costs.

5.1. Users must:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Use services in accordance with applicable laws
• Not use services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or abuse the platform
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not share account credentials with third parties

5.2. Users are responsible for all content generated using our services.

5.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6.1. We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

6.2. Service availability may be affected by third-party AI providers, maintenance, or technical issues.

6.3. We may implement rate limits and usage restrictions to ensure fair service distribution.

6.4. Certain AI services may have content restrictions or limitations imposed by their providers.

7.1. Users retain ownership of content they create using our services.

7.2. By using our services, you grant us a license to process your requests through third-party AI providers.

7.3. Our platform, brand, and proprietary technology remain our exclusive property.

7.4. Generated content may be subject to limitations imposed by third-party AI providers.

8.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.2. We implement industry-standard security measures.

8.3. User requests are processed by third-party AI providers who have their own privacy policies.

8.4. We do not sell or share user data with third parties for marketing purposes.

9.1. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

9.2. Users use AI-generated content at their own risk and responsibility.

9.3. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9.4. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the last 12 months.

Users are prohibited from using our services to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious software
• Circumvent technical limitations or access controls
• Resell services without authorization

11.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

11.2. This Agreement may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes.

11.3. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

12.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.

12.2. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

12.3. Upon termination, unused tokens may be forfeited unless refund conditions are met.

13.1. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

13.2. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration or applicable jurisdiction courts.

13.3. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service Provider is registered.
